Q The class will discuss Chapters 9 and 10 using the round robin method with each student providing a synopsis of the material in their own words as well as a brief commentary on the material.
In Chapter 10, the author tried to explain the different methods for problem solving and decision making within the groups and there were a procedural model of problem-solving explained in a better way. It is considered as a general procedure which is modeled in a sequence which can be adapted to fit into the group of any problem-solving situation. There were different steps of problem-solving that were explained which included the description and analysis of the problem and helped to understand the nature of the problem that has been faced by the group. The second step is to generate and elaborate the possible solutions that can be used to describe the problem in a better way. The third step involves the evaluation which is possible for the solutions which helps in benefitting the overall consequences of the proposed solutions.
